ELEMUSは持続可能性と再⽣可能性を中⼼に掲げ、環境と経済の両立を目指し社会に貢献する、リジェネラティブ企業を⽬指しています。
弊社は日本人が古来より活用してきた「漆」が熱で固まる仕組みに着目。杉やヒノキの間伐材を独自技術で微粉砕した木粉と漆樹液を用いて、100％植物由来のバイオマス成形体技術「URCYL」の開発に成功、量産化に成功しました。
また世界で初めてウルシノキの人工発芽・栽培に成功。ウルシノキは成長過程で大気中から二酸化炭素を体内に固定化するため、URCYLを製造すればするほど、大気中のCO2を固定化・削減する仕組みを構築しました。

ELEMUS is a regenerative enterprise dedicated to sustainability and renewability, aiming to contribute to society by balancing environmental and economic goals.
We focused on the mechanism by which “lacquer,” utilized by the Japanese since ancient times, hardens with heat. Using wood powder—finely ground thinned cedar and cypress wood through proprietary technology—and lacquer sap, we successfully developed and mass-produced “URCYL,” a 100% plant-derived biomass molding technology.
Furthermore, we achieved the world's first successful artificial germination and cultivation of urushi trees. As urushi trees sequester carbon dioxide from the atmosphere into their bodies during growth, we have established a system where producing more URCYL leads to greater fixation and reduction of atmospheric CO2.
