雄大な自然に囲まれたこの地では、日本酒のテイスティングができる「石田屋ESHIKOTO店」、
また、オーベルジュ「歓宿縁 ESHIKOTO」では、建物ごとに異なる趣と静謐な空間が織りなす、特別な時間をお過ごしいただけます。
季節の移ろいとともに、心をほどく滞在体験をご提供します。
また、自然と縁を楽しむオーベルジュ「歓宿縁 ESHIKOTO」では、福井の食や温泉をゆっくりとお楽しみいただけます。

ESHIKOTO is a complex facility opened by Ishida-ya Nizaemon Co., Ltd., home to Kuro Ryu Shuzo, on the banks of the Kuzuryu River.
Surrounded by majestic nature, this location features the “Ishida-ya ESHIKOTO Store” where you can taste Japanese sake,
and the auberge “Kanshuku En ESHIKOTO,” where you can enjoy special moments woven from the distinct charm and tranquil spaces of each building.
We offer a stay experience that soothes the soul as the seasons change.
At the auberge “Kanshuku En ESHIKOTO,” where you enjoy connections with nature, you can leisurely savor Fukui's cuisine and hot springs.
Cultivating sake, cultivating the land, cultivating the space—this is a place where our spirit, forged alongside the Kuzuryu River, lives on.

・日本酒は日本を訪れる外国人観光客にとにかく人気で、日本酒が作られる場所を見てみたいと多くの人が望んでいる。雄大な自然の中に佇むモダンなこの場所で、福井の移りゆく四季を感じながら日本酒のテイスティングができることは、いつ訪ねても特別な体験になると思う。
・福井の酒、福井の名産品をこちらの施設で知り、地元の作り手の方々の様々なストーリーを知りたくなった。
・ジャパニーズモダンのリュクスなオーベルジュでは、福井産の食と、さらに部屋でいつでも温泉が楽しめるスタイルが素晴らしい。
