2019年11月に開業した「WineryStay トラヴィーニュ」は、美しいぶどう畑に囲まれてワインと美食を堪能する、全10室のオーベルジュです。ワインの生まれる場所を訪ねて、ぶどう畑を歩き、ワインを味わい、そして造り手と話をする。ワイナリーならではの特別な体験が叶います。ディナーの前には、ぶどう畑を見渡す前庭で、時にはワインが眠る地下熟成庫でアペリティフを。ワインに合わせて構成されたフレンチは新潟の食材を生かした季節を映すフルコース。1皿ごとにワインを合わせるワインペアリングは、お互いの豊かな味わいが引き出されます。

WineryStay Traviune, opened in November 2019, is a 10-room auberge where guests can savor wine and fine cuisine surrounded by beautiful vineyards. Visit the birthplace of wine, stroll through the vineyards, taste the wine, and converse with the winemakers. Experience the unique charm only a winery can offer. Before dinner, enjoy an aperitif in the front garden overlooking the vineyards, or occasionally in the underground cellar where the wine rests. The French cuisine, designed to complement the wines, is a full course reflecting the seasons and utilizing Niigata's local ingredients. Wine pairing, matching a wine with each course, brings out the rich flavors of both.

・ワイナリーは、地元の最高のものを引き立て、地元の味を味わうのに最適な方法だと思う。
・日本ワインはすでに確固たる地位を海外でも築いていると思うが、日本にはまだ少ないワイナリーステイは、海外からの観光目的地として日本のワイン生産地に滞在するツアーなどで大変な関心事であり、これからさらに増えるべき場所であると思う。

・I believe wineries are the best way to showcase the finest local ingredients and savor regional flavors.
・While Japanese wine has already established a solid reputation overseas, winery stays—still relatively rare in Japan—are generating tremendous interest as tourist destinations for overseas visitors, particularly through tours staying in Japan's wine-producing regions. I believe these stays should increase significantly going forward.
