概要 / Summary

西に南アルプス、北に八ケ岳、南に富士山を望むこの場所は、そのむかし清春と呼ばれていました。
地図にはもう記されていないその土地の名をアーティストの創作と交流の場として蘇らせたのが清春芸術村です。
美術品の展示だけでなく、ギュスターブ・エッフェルや谷口吉生、安藤忠雄、藤森照信といった名だたる建築家による建築作品をお楽しみいただけます。
春は樹齢100年にもおよぶ老樹の桜群、初夏は藤、夏は新緑、秋は紅葉、冬は白く染まった名峰と、雄大な自然の景色も見どころです。

To the west lie the Southern Alps, to the north the Yatsugatake Mountains, and to the south Mount Fuji. This place was once called Seishun.
Seishun Art Village revives the name of this land, no longer marked on maps, as a place for artistic creation and exchange.
Here, you can enjoy not only art exhibitions but also architectural works by renowned architects such as Gustave Eiffel, Yoshio Taniguchi, Tadao Ando, and Terunobu Fujimori.
The magnificent natural scenery is also a highlight: cherry blossoms from ancient trees over 100 years old in spring, wisteria in early summer, fresh greenery in summer, autumn foliage, and snow-capped famous peaks in winter.
