概要 / Summary

クルーズトレイン「ななつ星 in 九州」は、2013年10月15日にデビューした、日本初の周遊型寝台列車です。名称には、「7つの県」「7つの観光素材（自然・食・温泉・歴史文化・パワースポット・人情・列車）」「7両編成」の思いが込められており、福岡・佐賀・長崎・熊本・大分・宮崎・鹿児島の7県を巡る旅をご提案しています。
水戸岡鋭二氏がデザインを手掛け、列車はスイートタイプの個室、ラウンジカーやダイニングカーがあり、1号車または7号車では、大窓からの景色をお楽しみいただけます。
「新たな人生にめぐり逢う、旅。」をコンセプトとし、ななつ星に関わる全ての人々に感動と幸せを届けることで、わたしたちの夢である「九州を元気を、世界へ」につなげています。

The cruise train “Seven Stars in Kyushu” debuted on October 15, 2013, as Japan's first circular sleeper train. Its name embodies the concepts of “seven prefectures,” “seven tourist attractions (nature, cuisine, hot springs, history and culture, power spots, hospitality, and the train itself),” and “seven cars.” It offers a journey through the seven prefectures of Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, and Kagoshima.
Designed by Eiji Mitooka, the train features suite-style private rooms, a lounge car, and a dining car. Passengers in Car 1 or Car 7 can enjoy the scenery through large windows.
With the concept “A journey to encounter a new life,” it delivers excitement and happiness to everyone involved with the Seven Stars, connecting to our dream of “Bringing the energy of Kyushu to the world.

・これを最もよく表現するには、「鉄道版豪華クルーズ船」。日本最大の活火山である阿蘇山など、九州の美しい景色を体験できる。
・昔ながらのデザインで、昔ながらのアメリカ西部劇の中にいるような気分になることができる。歴史的な列車が時代遅れになっている最近では、再現することはほとんど不可能だと思っていた。
・予約がほとんど不可能に近いくらい人気だ！

・The best way to describe it is a “luxury cruise ship on rails.” You can experience the beautiful scenery of Kyushu, including Mount Aso, Japan's largest active volcano.
・Its vintage design makes you feel like you're in an old American Western movie. With historic trains becoming obsolete these days, I never thought recreating this would be possible.
・It's so popular that reservations are nearly impossible to get!
